The telegrams read that it is with deep sorrow that Ukraine has learned of the casualties after the explosion in Minsk underground.
The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine states that Ukrainian people share the loss and grief of the Belarusian nation.
On behalf of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and himself, Volodymyr Lytvyn conveyed sincere condolences to the bereaved families and wished rapid recovery to the injured.
